I'm a Computer Science & Engineering undergraduate at the University of Moratuwa who builds full stack web applications and distributed backend systems. I'm comfortable across the stack, from database design and REST APIs to modern frontends in React and TypeScript.
I've shipped a live SaaS product and worked with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes on real projects. I care about clean architecture: layered services, design patterns that keep rules isolated and extensible, event-driven communication between services, and tests that cover the logic that matters.
Alongside my degree I work as a full-stack developer at BuildStart Pvt Ltd, building and maintaining web applications end to end and turning client requirements into shipped features. I also take on freelance work, delivering production websites from design implementation through to deployment.
Outside of code, Toastmasters and student leadership have taught me to explain technical ideas clearly and work well in teams, skills I lean on every time a system has to be designed, reviewed, and delivered with other people.

Payroll platform for employee records, salary runs, and reports. React + TypeScript frontend with TanStack Query keeping data fresh, Supabase (PostgreSQL) for storage and auth, PDF and Excel payslip export, and core logic covered by Vitest tests.
A live SaaS platform where non-technical users build and deploy LLM agents without code. Agent engine written in TypeScript and Node.js with a plugin architecture so new tools slot in through a common interface with no redeploy. Supabase for database and auth, shipped in Docker containers.
Designed the PostgreSQL schema for patients, appointments, and billing, and built the CRUD APIs in Node.js and Express with a React + TypeScript frontend. JWT auth with bcrypt hashing, a layered architecture separating API, rules, and data access, slot checks that block double bookings, and CI/CD via GitHub Actions.
Microservice platform where detection, control, and reporting each deploy independently. Event-driven design with Apache Kafka so services exchange events without direct calls, packaged with Docker and run on Kubernetes, Keycloak for login and roles, and Prometheus + Grafana for service health.
Java and Spring Boot backend that checks device readings against thresholds and returns a clearance result. OOP design patterns keep each rule in its own class behind a shared interface, a C++ integration layer reads and parses device data, and every decision is written to PostgreSQL as an audit trail. Rules tested with JUnit.
Built the API layer between the occupancy service and building controls: REST endpoints in Python, client code that pushes control decisions to external systems, retries so no command is dropped, and a Next.js dashboard.
Built and maintained web applications end to end, from database schemas and REST APIs to the frontend. Worked directly with clients to turn requirements into working features, and shipped updates to production.
